Parboiled Rice Export FAQs
What quantities of parboiled rice can you supply?
We supply from single 20-ft containers (approx. 24–25 MT of parboiled rice) up to multi-container monthly programs. For bulk and breakbulk enquiries to West African ports we quote against your target volumes and shipment windows.
Which ports and shipping terms do you work with for West Africa?
We ship from Kakinada, Chennai and Nhava Sheva to Cotonou, Abidjan, Lomé, Conakry, Freetown, Monrovia and other West African ports on FOB, CFR or CIF terms, with transshipment options via Lomé and Abidjan for landlocked destinations like Burkina Faso and Niger.
What payment terms do you accept for parboiled rice shipments?
Irrevocable letter of credit (LC) at sight is standard. For established relationships we work with agreed advance/balance structures. We understand documentary requirements for francophone West African banks and provide complete, clean document sets.
Can you match a sample or an existing specification?
Yes. Send us your current specification or a physical sample and we counter-sample from matching lots before contract. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at buyer request.
Do you offer private-label bags for parboiled rice?
Yes — 5 kg to 50 kg woven PP and BOPP bags printed with your brand, in English, French, Portuguese or Arabic. Artwork support is included, and we hold bag stock for repeat programs.
